TUESDAY 14th NOVEMBER: The sign of the Human Handgun

I promised myself that after each unit I Painted, I'd give myself a treat. The treat for the first regiment was the Beer Pony. The treat for the thunderers is the Cannon, known as The Voice of Griminir.
I decided that I wanted to build a scenic base for the cannon, but I still wanted to be able to swivel it to point at it's targets. So I built the base out of a movement tray and some Balsa wood. The three crew men slot into square holes, and the cannon is on a 40mm round base. I used part of the king's wall, and a Eureka miniatures barrel for decoration.
The crew have been painted in the same scheme as everyone else, except that I changed a few things around, so the engineer looking guy has a yellow apron, and the one with the rammer has yellow sleeves.
