BRIDGES

The bridge is the one essential of Necromunda (apart from something for them to connect!) So you will need a lot, and you will need a quick method to make them. Apart from the basic bridges, which are just long metal planks, you can also have armored bridges, and bridges with rails. I have some of everything.
MATERIALS:
  • Thin corrugated card
  • Thick corrugated card
  • Thin card
  • Fencing wire (the sort with small square holes)
  • Plastruct I-Beam

Your basic bridge is a length of corrugated card about 4cm wide, and anywhere from 10cm up. Narrower and shorter bridges can work, but this size provides the most flexibility.
You can't just cut a length of cardboard, paint it and expect to get away with it. (If you do, you won't get any respect, and you can't call your self a 'Leet god' of terrain making)
Adding some plates from thin card is a good start, and you can leave the bridge at that. Another good and easy idea is to cut lengths of thick corrugated card about 1cm by slightly less than the length of your bridge. Cut the ends on angles, and glue them to the underside with the corrugations downwards.

This looks kind of like web-truss.
If your mates start complaining that they fall off bridges, or there is no cover, cut strips of fencing wire the length of your bridge or slightly shorter. Make sure each length has two 'squares' vertically and some wire hanging off the bottom. You'll probably need tin-snips for this.
Now, bend the extra lengths at right angles to the fence, and glue them to the underside of the bridge, or try to show them through the bridge (it only works if the corrugations run across) If you want more cover, add some thin card plates to the fences.
If you want to be a bit fancier, you can add plastruct I-Beam, H-Beam, C-Channel or web-truss. Be warned however, that the truss they make is fiendishly expensive.
There are, of course, many other ways of making bridges. You can have wooden ones, rope bridges, or concrete bridges. You can even replace them with pipelines!
