in 2002 by Pudding Wrestler Industries in cooperation with Boyer,
Brown & Domano Productions Inc., Beautiful stranger is a
thought provoking tale of lost love, and ancient enmities.As
Damascus, a down and out Author searches
his ideas box for inspiration, he come across constant reminders
of his past, of Lucas, his best friend, and Georgette, the woman
they both loved. Damascus is forced to confront
his past, as he visits all the places they used to go, his memory
throwing up a montage of ancient images; Dancing, Gambling,
Laughing... |

The film was shot on location in Carnegie, and the CBD of
Melbourne,
and features such landmarks as the Town Hall (playing the part
of a Dance Hall), the Australian Mutual building (Playing a
Casino) and Dylan's house (playing Damascus' house.)This film
was one of
only four First Year films to been shown at
the annual 'years best' screening held by Deakin University
in 2002 (incidentally, the very last screening of work created
at Rusden, the Collapsing Campus.) |

Staring
80% of Owen Top (obscured by an Umbrella) as Damascus, 50%
of Emma Brown as Georgette's legs, 15% of Sabrina Boyer as
Georgette's hands, and 15% of Daniella Domano as Lucas's hands.
